Adverbs of frequency are words that we use to say we or others do something. There are many of these adverbs, but we'll focus on of them: the ones on the left.

The way we use these adverbs is almost as in Spanish: you can simply translate them, and if in Spanish you'd use a veces, in English you use .

Please take a look at the examples. You'll see that the adverb goes the verb to be, but other verbs. If there's a modal verb, such as can, the adverb goes the modal verb and the main verb.
