Expressions of frequency and time are expressions that we use to say and we or others do something. They usually go at the of the sentence. They can also go the Subject, but then we need a .

Sometimes, we can use the same expression for time and frequency. To say that we do something every Monday, we use a : on Mondays.

You have to be careful with the of time: in, at and on.
